By using Brixia you agree to these terms. Brixia is an early pilot, offered free while we learn what works.
Brixia is a place for couples and wedding vendors to talk and keep track of their wedding. Brixia is not a party to any agreement between a couple and a vendor. Prices, contracts, payments and the services themselves are between you and the vendor.
Keep access to your email account secure, since that is how you log in. You are responsible for what you post. Only add vendors you are actually talking to, and only claim a business profile you are allowed to represent.
No spam, harassment, impersonation, or anything illegal. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Vendors own their content. By publishing a profile you let Brixia show it on the site. Profiles created by the Brixia team use public information, and the business can claim, edit or remove them at any time by emailing hello@brixiaco.com.
We work hard to keep Brixia running, but during the pilot it is provided as is, and features may change or stop. Keep your own copies of anything important, like contracts. To the extent the law allows, Brixia is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
