Brixia helps couples and their wedding vendors keep every conversation in one place. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. Brixia is in an early pilot, so we keep this simple and we will tell you before anything important changes.
Your email address, which you use to log in. For couples, the wedding details you enter, such as names, date, venue and guest count, and the names and emails of vendors you add. For vendors, the business profile you or the Brixia team create, including photos, prices and contact details. The messages you send through Brixia. Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as when you logged in.
To run Brixia: showing your conversations, sending you login codes, and emailing you when someone sends you a message. When a couple adds a vendor, we email that vendor the couple's message and a link to reply. During the pilot, the Brixia team may read conversations to fix problems and improve the product. We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.
A couple's wedding folder is visible to the people in that folder and to the vendors they message, for that vendor's conversation only. A vendor's published profile is public, but their email and phone are never shown to couples. We use trusted providers to run Brixia, including Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting and Resend for email.
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@brixiaco.com. Vendors can unpublish their profile whenever they want.
